We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee for the service booked.
To cancel or reschedule, you can do so by email at haleysettles@gmail.com or online through Square.

If you arrive late, your service will be limited due to others scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there will be an extra $25 charge as a late fee.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount for the service.

If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not notify your esthetician you will be charged full price for the service booked.
Clientele Policy
- We ask that you come in bare faced to your appointment if possible.
- No children under the age of 12 will be permitted in the studio unless they are the ones receiving the treatment and accompanied by an adult.
- All services + products are non-refundable.
- Clients who have canceled or no-showed 3 consecutive times will no longer be accepted as a client.
- All clients must sign a client intake form before receiving their service, regardless of service.
